Mortgage Processor - Bilingual

Location: Jamison, PA

  • Responsible for satisfying all "Prior to Doc" Conditions.
  • Responsible for “Post-Closing” Conditions when applicable in order to satisfy all "Prior to Funding" Conditions.
  • Participate in all aspects of the loan process including ordering, following-up and satisfaction of each of those items.


  • Contact borrowers to obtain customer specific stipulations after the approval of a loan.
  • Call lien holders to obtain payoffs, notes, subordinations, mortgage histories, and similar items.
  • Call applicable Mortgage Insurance Companies to obtain new or re-cert indications.
  • Contact Appraisal Management Company to satisfy appraisal requirements.
  • Communicate with closing and title companies and/or attorneys to schedule closings.
  • Obtain FHA Connection information needed.
  • Obtain updated Homeowner’s Insurance.
  • Ensure escrows and any taxes are due are accurate and timely updated.
  • Make sure a minimum of twenty (20) loans per month are closed (loan pipeline permitting).
  • Communicate with the Sales Manager on loan issues throughout the process.
  • Report to the Branch Manager each week to project the pipeline of closing progress and weekly closings projected.

  • Must have the ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer and/or phone for 90%-95% of the work day.
  • Must have the ability to send, receive and pick-up faxes from the office fax machine.
