Your loan processor Monique was good too, although I did not appreciate having to write my own addendums. I don't write contracts, thank goodness for ChatGPT! Get rid of your purchasing officer / title company, Equity National Title, they have no idea what they are doing. We had to explain to their attorney and COO what was going on as they made the whole process conveluted and frustrating, it seemed like no one was talking to each other and eveyone had an opinion on the whole process.”
