“From my initial query for support through the weeks’ worth of challenges and hurdles on my end, Robert showed himself to be the embodiment of a true professional who engages in his job with care and compassion. He was considerate of my constant questions, responding with clarity and ensuring I understood before he moved me along in each and every step of the process. “First, I had to track down where John Hagler was. He was our mortgage lender at UCBi. John listens and understands what our needs are. He is patient, he is professional, and he images great recommendations that’s best suited for our needs (he goes that extra mile). We trust John. Plus, this refinance took just under 2 weeks to process; that’s spectacular! Also, Annie Kinard (John’s Mortgage Processor), deserves a raise. My old mortgage lender was giving us a hard time with information we needed and Annie jumped in their and fought the battle for us. Great patience and professionalism.
