“We worked with John in 2015 when we were first looking for a house and had to stop after the unexpected death of my dad. John has been in contact with us ever since and would check in on us every once in a while to see if he could help us with anything. When we started looking again at the beginning of the year John was always available to answer any of the many questions we had and offered advice. He even contacted my uncle directly to get exactly what he needed to show proof of inheritance from my grandma. That was one less thing we had to figure out and stress over. John has gone above and beyond and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a lender. We hope to work with John again in the future.”

Suzanna Elizabeth

“John is fantastic. He made this process as easy as possible, and was super transparent with what the best options for us where. We had a great experience and will recommend John to everyone we know looking for help with loan questions.”

Brock George Kenneth

“John was excellent to work with. He always felt like a teammate while we were trying to buy our first home, and provided great advice and helped us through quite a few tricky situations. He met tight deadlines that made our offer more competitive. I highly recommend choosing John when looking for lenders! I would work with him again in a heartbeat.”

I have spent most of my working life in mortgage banking, providing trusted professional solutions to my clients. Prior to mortgage banking, I was in operations and lending for a large local bank and a credit manager for a Fortune 500 company. My honesty and integrity, combined with a calm, steady approach, have helped me navigate clients through the mortgage process with confidence.

Forging long-term relationships with my clients is one of the most rewarding aspects of my job. I take great pride in having clients with multiple transactions over the years – in many cases, I have started to lend to their next generation. It makes my day when clients reach out for advice on their next purchase or refinance.

Our sole purpose at this Boulder branch is to give our borrowers an exceptional experience. Whether you are a first-time homebuyer or an experienced investor requiring coordination with your financial planner, I am here to help.

After growing up in California, I attended the University of Colorado in Boulder and graduated with a degree in Finance. Besides a brief stint back in California, I’ve called north metro Denver my true home. My wife Melanie and I love all things Colorado (go CU Buffs!). We raised two amazing children who are deep into their own careers, and beyond spending time with their growing families, we enjoy our free time cycling and traveling..
